At Forge & Fury, we take pride in the quality of every bar we produce. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Standard Returns
Return Window: 14 days from delivery date
Return Shipping Cost: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Restocking Fee: None
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a standard return, products must:
- Remain unopened and unused
- Be in original packaging
- Be in resalable condition
- Include valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Refund Process
- Contact us at support@forgeandfury.co within 14 days of receiving your order
- We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer pays shipping)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What We Need:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
What We’ll Do:
- Provide a prepaid return label (we cover return shipping)
- Send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs)
- No return required for significantly damaged items at our discretion
Defective Products: Products with quality defects may be eligible for return even if opened or partially used. Contact us with details and photos for evaluation.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@forgeandfury.co. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Products opened and used (except for quality defects)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products returned after the 14-day return window
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Forge & Fury is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
- Keep your tracking information until your refund is processed
Our Responsibility:
- We provide prepaid return labels for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after we’ve confirmed processing:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for refunds to post)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@forgeandfury.co
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund will be issued minus shipping costs once the package is received
