Forge & Fury makes and packs every order with the same discipline we put into the bars themselves. Below is exactly how shipping works, what it costs, and what to expect after you place an order.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. International orders are not available at this time.
We ship to all 50 states including:
- Residential and business addresses
- PO Boxes (USPS only)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (USPS only)
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier availability and service levels may vary based on your delivery address. PO Boxes and military addresses can only be shipped via USPS.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is paid by the customer.
- You choose your shipping method and rate at checkout
- Rates are calculated in real time based on your address, package weight, and the carrier/service selected
- Standard shipping rates for a single bar typically range from $4 to $8 depending on carrier and zone
- Rates shown at checkout are current carrier rates; in rare cases of system errors, we’ll contact you before shipping if there’s a significant discrepancy
Optional Add-Ons:
- Insurance: Available at checkout for high-value orders
- Signature confirmation: Recommended for orders over $50 or deliveries to unsecured locations
Processing & Handling Time
Most orders ship within 2 business days.
To set clear expectations, please allow up to 3 business days for handling before your order ships.
Handling time includes:
- Order verification
- Product selection and quality check
- Secure packaging
- Preparing your shipment for carrier pickup
Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the following business day.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting us immediately. Once your order has shipped, our return policy applies.
Packaging
All bars are securely wrapped and packaged to prevent damage during transit. Products are protected with appropriate cushioning materials to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery time depends on the carrier and service you select.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier during checkout
- Delivery estimates begin after your order ships (they do not include handling time)
- Available transit times: 2-5 business days (after shipment)
Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and your location.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Please double-check your address before completing your order. We ship to the address you provide and cannot modify addresses after an order is placed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If your package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed package at delivery location
You will be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Return shipping costs charged by the carrier (if applicable)
- New shipping costs to resend your order
We’ll contact you to arrange reshipment and collect applicable fees before sending the package again.
Shipping Risk and Responsibility
Once your package is accepted by the carrier and tracking is activated, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages lost or delayed by the carrier
- Packages stolen after confirmed delivery
- Damage during transit (unless inadequate packaging – see Damaged Packages below)
- Weather-related delays
- Carrier service disruptions or strikes
Recommendation: For high-value orders or deliveries to unsecured locations, we recommend adding insurance or signature confirmation at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Tracking Shows Delay or No Movement
- Allow extra time for carrier scan updates (24-48 hours)
- Check the carrier’s website for service alerts in your area
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number if no movement after 10 business days
- Contact us at info@forgeandfury.co and we’ll assist with filing a carrier claim if necessary
Package Marked as Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Wait 24-48 hours – Sometimes scans are recorded early or packages are delivered to neighbors
- Check thoroughly – Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, mailrooms, package lockers)
- Ask around – Check with household members, neighbors, and building management
- Contact carrier – Call your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
After these steps, if your package is still missing within 7 days of the delivery date, contact us at info@forgeandfury.co with your order number.
Important: Forge & Fury cannot replace or refund packages that show confirmed delivery. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery location
- Adding signature confirmation to future orders
- Filing a police report for stolen packages (may be needed for insurance claims)
- Checking homeowner’s or renter’s insurance for theft coverage
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately – Document the packaging and product damage
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@forgeandfury.co
- Include – Your order number, tracking number, and photos
We’ll evaluate the damage and send a replacement if the damage occurred during transit due to carrier handling. Return of damaged items may be required for carrier claim processing.
Lost in Transit (No Delivery Confirmation)
If tracking shows no delivery after 10+ business days beyond the estimated delivery date:
- Contact us at info@forgeandfury.co with your order number
- We’ll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
- Once the carrier approves the claim, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund
Service Disruptions
Shipping times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather events (hurricanes, blizzards, floods)
- Natural disasters
- Carrier service disruptions or labor strikes
- National emergencies or pandemics
We’ll notify you of any known delays affecting your order. Delivery estimates may not apply during these circumstances, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
