Refund and Returns Policy

At Forge & Fury, we take pride in the quality of every bar we produce. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Refunds

Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.
Opened, used, or altered items cannot be returned or refunded.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
A valid proof of purchase is required.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned products must:

• Remain unopened and unused
• Be in original packaging
• Be in resalable condition

Late or missing refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Forge & Fury is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
